Storage cleanup

Free to see, Pro to change

Finds caches and leftovers you can remove safely, shows what each is, and sends what you choose to the Trash.

The Storage screen: safe-to-remove categories you can turn on or off, and review-first items that stay off.
Rendered from the app with sample data, not a real Mac.

What it does

  • Scans for caches, build leftovers and similar files, with a plain explanation of each category.
  • Shows your own files for review first, with a checkbox and Quick Look, and leaves them unticked.
  • Skips files that are open in an app, and keeps a Put back list.

What it never does

  • Delete your files without your explicit permission each time. Cleanup moves files to the Trash. Removing them for good needs a separate confirmation every time, and rules or other automatic actions can never delete files.
  • Ask for Full Disk Access during setup.

Free or Pro

The scan is free. Cleaning up is part of Pro.

The 7-day trial includes everything in Pro. Full pricing table.

Honest limits

  • Moving files to the Trash frees nothing until the Trash is emptied. The receipt offers to empty only the items Hedroom moved, after you confirm.
  • iPhone and iPad backups and Mail downloads need Full Disk Access. Without it, those rows say so and everything else works.
